    04:00 - Saw thoot wave, not square wave :)

    • @HaseebElectronics
      @HaseebElectronics  3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      at 06:30 time i said square wave instead of sawtooth wave
      i am sorry for that. sometimes in saying it becomes mistake. because while while recording video i have to watch on camera, circuit, soldering iron, paper marker. so it is acceptable to convert sawtooth wave to square wave, LOL
      i am thankful for indicating my mistake. please accept my best regards and special thanks

    thank you brother , I want know why the output inverter less then 220 volt ac the problem in internal circuit or output circuit ???

    • @HaseebElectronics
      @HaseebElectronics  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      most of the time the problem is in voltage booster section, it fails to maintain high dc voltage to fulfill the requirements of output circuit
      and in some cases the output filter is not designed perfectly so that it drops the voltage.

    • @خالدباشميل-ب9و
      @خالدباشميل-ب9و 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@HaseebElectronics put when new inverter the output 220 volt ac and now after more year ago the output 150 volt ac what change parameter component to change the output voltage

    • @HaseebElectronics
      @HaseebElectronics  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@خالدباشميل-ب9و i think in voltage booster section (push pull section) one of the driver is off
      or
      in output switch one pair or one MOSFET is off or its drive is missing

    Mr. Hasseb, please allow me to congratulate you!
    You really have teaching talent!
    The configuration you explained was the first with the TL494 that worked flawlessly. Chapeau bas!
    However, I have a question...
    The other variants I tried were designed to work at 50Hz. Practically, I was not able to vary the duty cycle at this frequency, because if it was different from 50%, the circuit would not divide correctly and there would be massive desynchronizations between the two outputs (very different periods).
    Well,
    I noticed that in the TL494 datasheet, the f0sc is at least 1KHz, but I can't understand how the others managed to make the TL494 work at 50Hz !!
    Do you think it's possible?
    If so, I would like to ask you to help me understand how!
    With many thanks and best wishes,
    Tab

    • @HaseebElectronics
      @HaseebElectronics  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      best regards
      for 50Hz operation, use SG3525 , it is same TL494 jsut its bottom Fosc is 100Hz to 400KHz
      i will prepare its practical design, and it will available in 1-2 days.
      TL494 have bottom line 1KHz, so it is will become hard to operate it at is below the manufacturer's specifications

    • @tabletaunica952
      @tabletaunica952 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HaseebElectronics : Thanks for the suggestion! I already studied the SG3525 datasheet, it was on my list, but I was actually very surprised by the experiments that I saw posted by others on TH-cam, with TL494 operated with outputs at f = 50Hz! I wonder, are they just fakes? And if so, for what reason? Just advertising for more hits ?!

    • @HaseebElectronics
      @HaseebElectronics  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      it is doable but that is not a good technical approach to drive a component beyond the manufacturer's specs.
      many youtubers share suck attractive content to get more views and be much more famous, but they cannot prove it practically as most of the youtubers are just copy pasting, and non-technical approach. in result the viewer cannot get the perfect results.
      although in sense of TL494 we need to adjust the ramp signal to give oscillation but it will never be justified that we downgrade a component from 1KHz to 100Hz

    • @tabletaunica952
      @tabletaunica952 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HaseebElectronics : Thanks for the reply! What about an 74HC90 at the output of TL494? If f0sc=1KHz , then fout1=fout2=500Hz (push-pull config). After that, maybe a :10 divider like 74HC90 will bring out those 50Hz signals, that will be buffered and finally applied to the mosfets. So what do you say ? Thanks a lot!
