I went with the RB Lightning 110 after skating a 100 for the last 3 years. Looking forward to their arrival soon but the 90 x 4 looks like a great ride.
These are rollerblades first skate other than the RB XL that actually fit me. I wear a 14.5/15 and I was sick of having to rely on Roces and Powerslide for my inline solutions. Here’s to Rollerblade for aiming bigger… I’ve been waiting for 25 years.
The buckles, or a design nearly identical ,was used on early twister models. Very good looking skate. Finally they updated the frames to a single piece axle design rather than those annoying two-piece axles. The more expensive Maxxum Xt has the annoying two-piece axles.
I don't recall a buckle like these on the early Twisters. The ones here though are pretty trick and hopefully are used more in the coming years on other models.

I can send you a picture. I'm 64 and would dare say have seen many skate designs over the years having been skating quads and inline regularly since I was 16. Inline Warehouse has always been my favorite vendor!
As a long time RB pro x User I cant wait to slip into those!! Hope the durability,comfort,support and performance is on par!! Fantastic looking skates and since I m size 48, I eyed with 90 mm for some time now 😃
Why do the frames look more gray here but more gold, almost rose gold, on the website? They look ugly on the website. Also curious as to how these fit with wider feet?
Just lighting. The M & W were made with the one frame color. They are pretty forgiving. If having super wide feet where you need to order wide shoes, I would order large to get more volume. Thanks, InlineWarehouse.com
In this video it looks like the metal blocks at the bottom of the boot to mount frames on has 3 holes per block. However I am pretty sure only the middle hole has a thread for the frame bolt right? I don't think you can even use the other holes or can you?
How big is the difference between the wheel sizes? 80mm vs. 90mm? I'm faced with the decision of Twister XT or Lightning 90. Getting back into skating after 20 years. My old K2 Velocity 78/74mm should finally be replaced. Do you have any tips now that you've skated both?
10mm! :) 90mm is a great wheel size that will allow for more speed and smoothing out of cracks and bumps, but would be a little less agile compared to the 80mm which is quicker to get up and down from speed. So it just depends on where and how you will be skating the most. The frames are also removable/replaceable should you want to change frames/wheel size later. So going with the 80mm will already be faster and more enjoyable than your old velocity skates. Perhaps doing may be the right call (80mm). And get them from Inline Warehouse!

Got my 90s today and took em for a ride and it went great. This is my first hard boot skate that I don’t feel any pressure points. Great, fun skate 🤟🏻

@@A.G.1.5000Small for me. I wear an 11/11.5 running shoe, and my toes were crammed and curled in the 11/11.5 Lightning. Way too tight.
