I just want to thank you so much For this video I had to make brochures of my mom's obituary and I wasn't quite sure how to do that in this was very easy to follow and I had it done in short order. Thank you so much again.
A suggestion if I may, which would've saved all that work with finding the center, etc.... Would it have not been easier to just go layout, page setup, and change the Multiple pages from normal to Book fold? Your page would automatically be set to half size, and you're good to go. This would work a lot easier if you are doing a multi-page (8, 12, 16, etc. page) document. Otherwise a great tutorial and very well paced. I love the end product, nicely laid out.
Hi Lisa. Another useful and easy to follow tutorial. I've said it before and I'll say it again "I like your style". 😊 I do however have one observation which comes with a request for your take on the best way to do it. When preparing a double sided document like the brochure (and recently my Christmas card inserts) I had to get my thinking cap on about translations and rotations for "back to back printing". I had to format the "inside" side upsidedown and transversed so that the printer flipped the paper on the long edge the inside was the correct way up. The way I did this was to make a group of each of the inner pages and then rotate each page and then group the double page. Have a go yourself and let us know how best to refine the technique . All the best Terry.
It's a good point for back to back printing and obviously depends on your printer and how you choose the format the printer. For the few brochures I've printed it's been a case of printing one side of the paper, turning them all over, rotating and printing on the reverse. Thanks for the heads up and comment. Lisa.
The best on you tube so far , straight to the point.

I'm so sorry....so hard...❤
Thank you for such clear easy to follow tutorials. Found exactly what I was looking for.
Hi Lisa. Thank you for the video. You can just add the line and then align center it without needing to use the text box first.
Great tutorial Lisa
Glad you liked it!
