I think that, independent of meaning, both wordings have commas. I am not sure, because I'm basing that on my native language's grammar, which is not English, but, since "technically", in the first case, should be after the verb in the direct order, and in the wording you had it's in the beginning of the sentence, you should put a comma anyway.
@@CesarDainezi Sure, but you wouldn't phrase it like that if you were being formal in the first case, anyway, so it's a moot point. It's done for emphasis here, and it works. Ain't nothing wrong with it.

Her growls are all false fold. She's said in interviews that she got her sound after more than a decade of practice. If you see her in interviews and, to an extent, any live streams she does, she's reserved, holds back, lets the other band members take control, but when she gets behind a mic...you CAN NOT look away from her. The transformation she undergoes, the joy she has on stage performing, it's beautiful.

Yes, Perennial is amazing, I Speak Astronomy is good, if you really want to hear her quick vocal changes, Teacher Teacher. For something completely off the wall Judgement and Punishment.
I agree, with one slight difference. I think the lyrics, like the album in general, are referring specifically to the environmental issues, with lines like "does anyone have a reply to the question 'what does the water taste like?'" and "who will recognize his mother's face without the protective mask that she wears?", with the latter frankly hitting harder than ever thanks to covid

I have to say this is probably my favorite Jinjer song so far. And the drums in this song just blow my mind every time I hear it. Something interesting is to listen to the studio/album version, IMHO is very different and shows they keep constantly evolving and their sobgs with them.
@@eatfrenchfries1 Vlad is more like a quantum leap in the dynamics department. Every Jinjer drummer has had something great to offer, and a bonus to deep listening to the whole discography is seeing how those differences have always influenced the rest of the compositions. The song is from the album cloud factory, which is heavily themed around environmental issues- If those themes are of interest then I can highly recommend the song with the same name as the album too. Preferably the official video in this case, but the official live version is also alright, just not the best audio quality. This specific song is a call for action and protest, for us to do our part, for us to raise our voice against the things that go wrong, and that each and every one of us can be the first one to raise their voice, instead of having to wait for someone else to do it. The bit at the end basically says that no matter what kind of live you lived, that you can change and have a proper / better future.
I agree that the audio quality on Cloud Factory official live isn't the best. The recording of her growls is disappointing. Also the official video is really well done. Who Is Gonna Be The One is the song that made me a harcore Jinjer fan. The ending hits me especially hard because I used to be all-in supporting the people trying to keep things crappy for the sake of thier own wealth and only woke up half a decade ago.
Just found your reaction videos about an hour ago, and now I'm in a rabbit hole of all these songs I love with your reactions. What a quality person/teacher and an equally quality youtube channel. Much love. ♥
Props for thanking the person that recommended this but, dude, all their shit is great. lol I'll be 50 in a couple months and I've listened to a lot of metal in my life, and Jinjer is just a great fucking band. One of the greatest, and they're just getting started. They have the potential to take over the world. React to more of their videos. Make haste!
Jinjer is amazing, especially live. Another great live band is Nightwish. Ghost Love Score, live at Wacken 2013. It's quite the amazing live performance.
The guys write the music and then hand it off to Tati who writes not only the lyrics (sometimes with the help Eugene, the bassist) but the melody! I find this amazing (among other things she does) because she has little musical knowledge and can barely play a guitar to help her compose. She's really a shy, reluctant musician that you'd never suspect would rather be alone in her room than in front of people. She hates interviews, too. But she knows her success is undeniable and is taking her into the stratosphere. So I'll bet, inside, she really digs performing, the adulation and, finally after so much hard work over more than 10 years, the recognition.
Jinjer is in a league of their own. New subscriber here. I suggest "Teacher Teacher" the official video next. Followed that yo with another live performance, "Perennial" live at Waken.
Great reaction David!! There is a lot of great metal bands with incredible musicians, but bands like Jinjer got an special quality, some kind of mágic touch, and is in every song They were touring when the coronavirus let us in quarantine, so they were forced to cancelled, i saw them in my country (march10) 4 days before the quarantine, it was an incredible show, so i know you enjoy watch them live, maybe next year, More to react: Outlander, On the top, Retrospection, I speak astronomy, Cloud factory, Etc, etc
How do they write their songs? That question has been asked to death in interviews, I can't remember specific ones, but look on TH-cam and you will find one. Basically the boys do some brainstorming, work out some riffs, eventually they have a rough instrumental version of the song. They give it to Tatiana, she listens to it, thinks about how it makes her feel, goes off and writes lyrics. When her lyrics are done she goes into the studio and improvises some vocals. She said that on most songs she goes with the first or second take. After that point they may may make a few minor adjustments, but that's pretty much it.
So glad to hear someone praising this band as a whole! These musicians are extremely talented, in my opinion. And this song is probably my favorite of theirs, not just for the music, but also for the lyrics. Don’t step aside. 🖤
thanks for ur reactions mate, very good and cool, welcome to JINJER family, in realy u mus react Teacher Teacher...good job, she owns the audience, y, they was in my City in dec 2019 (Bratislava - Slovakia im) it was amazing live to see them....
Great reaction!! I love this band so much too. As far as how they come up with their songs, the guys first come up with and write the music, they then give it to Tati. She comes up with the lyrics which she writes in Russian first, and then she translates them into English, that's pretty awesome. Looking forward to more Jinjer reactions, whatever song you choose to react to will be fantastic because every Jinjer song is fantastic. I'll throw in my personal favorite which is "Pit of Conciousness" both the "official" video and the "live" in Kiev/Kyiv are phenomenal, heck do a double feature you won't be disappointed. Peace and as always, stay Metal. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🎶🎶🎶
Eugene says the guys come up with songs in different ways. Sometimes one of them will write the song, sometimes they figure it out while jamming. Eugene says Tati improvised most of the vocal composition on their most recent album - Tati's evaluation was less charitable, saying "I wasn't prepared" haha. They did 152 songs on several continents that year and did the album in between all that. I'd note that while Tati gets most of the focus, Tati's vocal composition is heavily based on what the guys create, with the songs that are less creative instrumentally also being the songs that end up kinda flat vocally (at least in compariosn to their best work, it is all excellent metal, but I'm so spoiled haha) - so your statement about the whole being more than the sum of its parts is very spot on. Who Is Gonna Be The One is unique because it was originally composed for two guitarists, then after their rhythm guitarist left to do acting they re-composed it from the ground up to use just Roman's guitar and Eugene's 5 string bass, and refined the song a lot, IMO - most notably the original ending was more jazz, but they turned it into reggae which is awesome. Pit Of Consciousness is absolutely one of the best. And yes, both versions are epic and wll worth reacting to. If only one is done, do the live in Kiev though.
I love these guys so much. Their tone and energy are so unique and amazing. They do seem incredibly humble. I am trying to see them when Covid is over too!
He’s absolutely correct! Jinjer is straight up bad ass ! the first time I heard them I love them also I love how the base has a huge part in leading the groove! in a lot of bands the base is drowned out👍✌️👌💝
how jinjer write a song normaly every member have his own ideas, riffs, and stuff and they make parts of ideas fitting together and make a song idea...after that tati is writing lyrics from her mind and try to get it into an song fitting vocal melody...after that they all changing little things so all parts are fitting together and try not cut out big things of the main parts/ideas of each member in past they are doin this very quickly whithout much time, and thats the point i think...pure inspirations AND every member loves it in the end...in an interview they said that the last album "macro" every song is liked by every band member and 100 percent with it...what a great thing when youre making an album at the time they are working, some new stuff is coming this year, album next year...this time with much more time cause of this C-SHIT...exited how this works for my fav band they anounced 4 shows in september and ive saved tickets for munich...hope it really will happen
Setting Tatiana aside the musicians are technically brilliant! In saying that I am of the opinion they can play anything! If you are looking a recommendation to what to listen to next, where do I start!! I would recommend my personal favourite "retrospection" , reason being it reflects on her family and homeland of Donetsk in Ukraine and after spending 6 years in the country during the on going conflict I can appreciate the song!! Yes Retrospection or my other fav I speak astronomy!! Good reaction by the way and on another note its Kyiv not Kiev, the locals get a bit agitated over this 😎
My second cousin made his career in Chicago as a drummer. I love Jinjer's drummer so much that I introduced them to him. He always told me I had great drumming instincts, and I could have been a drummer if my legs worked. Every member of this band is incredible but the singer and drummer are my faves.
There's a lot of recommendations for Perennial Live at Wacken 2019 (which is quite amazing), but Napalm Records just released Pisces from the same concert, so maybe do a double feature.
Welcome to the revolution of metal. Keep it going my friend. Roman (guitar) just did a sit in with Sepultura. There greatness knows no bounds. Had tickets for Maryland. Of course it was postponed but it will happen. You keep em coming. The song is about revolution.
I saw jinjer live in Sheffield England at a small venue called corporation. Honestly an absolutely amazing performance and would love to see them again.
This song is asking who will be the one to step up and fix all the problems we have/are creating on the planet. I think my favorite of theirs is Perennial. The studio version is awesome but watching her perform it in the live at Wacken 2019 video is absolutely amazing and I think you would also enjoy that one. Great video. Thank you.
Well, she is not alone in the world. The first one that comes to my mind is the former singer of Arch Enemy called Angela Gossow (now it is Alissa White-Gluz), then there are women doing more of a different technique like Lena Scissorhands with Infected Rain and a lot more.
I've been a drummer for 39 years and I like to watch Jinjer for the bass player. That guy just eats! They are my new favorite metal band and they fill the Pantera void in my life right now.
“....nobody is showing off.....this is a band...” Great observations. That’s what happens when you get 4 virtuosos together and the stars align.

Much love. ♥
Perennial-live at wacken 2019!! Also I speak Astronomy is a great one that shows off her vocal ability!! Great reaction!!
Make haste!
I absolutely love your reaction! Can't wait for you to see Perennial live!
This is quite possibly the best reaction video I've ever seen, bravo.
video of "I speak astronomy " is so good!
Jinjer is in their own league, both instrumentally and vocally.
Jinjer is in a league of their own. New subscriber here. I suggest "Teacher Teacher" the official video next. Followed that yo with another live performance, "Perennial" live at Waken.
Teacher, Teacher has to be next. I believe it’s their best song. Has it all. Great videos!! Gotta be amazing to get a shout out by the band.
Or if you want something a bit harder then check out Sit Stay Rollover. Beast of a song.
I second this song. It's a full on brutal technical masterpiece.
Sit, Stay, Roll Over got them the deal with Napalm Records 🔥
Great reaction David!!
There is a lot of great metal bands with incredible musicians, but bands like Jinjer got an special quality, some kind of mágic touch, and is in every song
They were touring when the coronavirus let us in quarantine, so they were forced to cancelled, i saw them in my country (march10) 4 days before the quarantine, it was an incredible show, so i know you enjoy watch them live, maybe next year,
More to react:
Outlander,
On the top,
Retrospection,
I speak astronomy,
Cloud factory,
Etc, etc
Metal bands have some of the most skilled musicians in the world. Technically they are spot on!
I got here because the official youtube channel of Jinjer recommended you. So, take advantage, maybe you can interview them some day hahaha
Great reaction! Anything by Jinjer is a banger. Try Vintersea...Befallen, Illuminated, Entities...any song by them is great too
Capt Clock live from ResorrectionFest is another excellent example of their live shows.
Oh that little fact about Otep just makes SOOO much sense now. If you have check out Otep another sick Metal band with a Female singer.
I'd suggest the video of Ghost Flowers from the Confrontation live DVD
How do they write their songs? That question has been asked to death in interviews, I can't remember specific ones, but look on TH-cam and you will find one.
Basically the boys do some brainstorming, work out some riffs, eventually they have a rough instrumental version of the song. They give it to Tatiana, she listens to it, thinks about how it makes her feel, goes off and writes lyrics. When her lyrics are done she goes into the studio and improvises some vocals. She said that on most songs she goes with the first or second take. After that point they may may make a few minor adjustments, but that's pretty much it.
Jinjer are amazing my friend! Found them 2018 and are now my absolute favorite
So glad to hear someone praising this band as a whole! These musicians are extremely talented, in my opinion.
And this song is probably my favorite of theirs, not just for the music, but also for the lyrics.
Don’t step aside. 🖤
Jinjer’s “I SPEAK ASTRONOMY” please please please
thanks for ur reactions mate, very good and cool, welcome to JINJER family, in realy u mus react Teacher Teacher...good job, she owns the audience, y, they was in my City in dec 2019 (Bratislava - Slovakia im) it was amazing live to see them....
Great reaction, you should do Judgement and Punishment live in Melbourne it’s awesome.
Dip a Sail, and Under the Dome are just two of the many Jinjer songs I enjoy. But I would like to see your take on either.
Jinjer made a post on youtube with a link to this video saying it’s the best Jinjer reaction ever done. That’s an accolade my guy.
Teacher,Teacher,they really switch it up!🤘🤘🤘
Seen them live and you will not regret it
Great reaction!!
Es una banda tremenda!! Es increíble...
Jinjer themselves are sharing this reaction.... Must be doing great. Keep it up. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I love these guys so much. Their tone and energy are so unique and amazing. They do seem incredibly humble. I am trying to see them when Covid is over too!
She’s so hyped in this performance. I can’t wait to see them in December
He’s absolutely correct! Jinjer is straight up bad ass ! the first time I heard them I love them also I love how the base has a huge part in leading the groove! in a lot of bands the base is drowned out👍✌️👌💝
how jinjer write a song
normaly every member have his own ideas, riffs, and stuff and they make parts of ideas fitting together and make a song idea...after that tati is writing lyrics from her mind and try to get it into an song fitting vocal melody...after that they all changing little things so all parts are fitting together and try not cut out big things of the main parts/ideas of each member
in past they are doin this very quickly whithout much time, and thats the point i think...pure inspirations
AND every member loves it in the end...in an interview they said that the last album "macro" every song is liked by every band member and 100 percent with it...what a great thing when youre making an album
at the time they are working, some new stuff is coming this year, album next year...this time with much more time cause of this C-SHIT...exited how this works for my fav band
they anounced 4 shows in september and ive saved tickets for munich...hope it really will happen
Good reaction by the way and on another note its Kyiv not Kiev, the locals get a bit agitated over this 😎
You gotta listen to Pit of Consciousness and Homeback by JINJER cuz she really pops off so damn good
Played with them in Providence, great people and awesome show!
one of her interviews touches on the topic of song compilations.
Cool reaction! I liked the inserts from the interviews very much. Helps to get to know the band better.
My second cousin made his career in Chicago as a drummer. I love Jinjer's drummer so much that I introduced them to him. He always told me I had great drumming instincts, and I could have been a drummer if my legs worked. Every member of this band is incredible but the singer and drummer are my faves.
Her voice! Heard her singing 3 feet in front of me at a dive bad in Philly for over an hour. They crushed it!
incredible voice
@@MusicShed check out "Perennial". It shows her range and cleans way better.
Honestly an absolutely amazing performance and would love to see them again.
from what I've heard Tatiana say in interviews, usually the other bandmates write the "music" and then she adds lyrics afterward that fit.
Yo the band shared your video
👍👍👍
They are the 🐐!!!
Otep Shamaya as well, she can do some brutally low guttural growls.
I've been a drummer for 39 years and I like to watch Jinjer for the bass player. That guy just eats! They are my new favorite metal band and they fill the Pantera void in my life right now.
