Yes. Plus from my understandung embryo / baby xeno needs a nice warm environment and nutrition to develop. Acid blood doesn't sound too good. Plus in original Alien it is hinted facehuggers are triggered to attack warm blooded and oxygenated hosts (facehuggers help the host breath while attached). But xeno doesn't breath either.

I think that's such a weird story in general. I've read it and I own it actually, it's in the Dark Horse AVP Omnibus Vol 2. I think you could easily call this example of a queen getting facehugged an outlier. It makes no sense considering the xenomorph biology. They all can sense each other, even in the different forms like facehugger and ovamorph. Really they are always the same species just at different stages of metamorphosis. The "eggs" are full aliens with senses just as the adults are, and considering how the queen is shown to have direct control over the warriors in Aliens and the arguably the ovamorphs as well, the xenomorphs can all be influenced by the queen. So logically it makes no sense for any xenomorph to infect another just on that premise alone, but also the reason they have hosts at all is to obtain the genetic information needed for reproduction. In Earth lifeforms, the sperm contains the genetic information to fertilize the eggs, but the xenomorphs are parasitic and require an external source of that information, which entirely indicates they have no way of reproducing without an external host of some kind. If they could use each other as hosts, they would never need other species. I think the logical answer should be no

Yes I stand by the theory that those dorsal tubes evolved to breathe underwater when they're close to the surface. And the tails help them swim. Second of all, they would probably NoT be bipedal. Even on a human host, it often walks on fours. So it must be a quadruped or it could have more legs too. Also it might crawl like insects and lizards rather than stand like dogs and deers. i would imagine if a face hugger impregnated a xenomorph a true version of their species would most likely appear. I'm betting though that xenomorphs using other species is to have more genetic variety thus allowing for more adaptability to an environment.
