    Totally Agree with you....when I play Nerf w/ my family we don't want to hurt each other...so we use stock blaster (80 fps or less)and we don't use those hard tip darts either , very useful information...Thank you ,Dave !!!😎💯🔫

      Indoor casual house games always played with stock or lightly modified blasters. Under 100fps.

    Azure Dragon darts are my fav . Literally enhances most of my blaster's FPS . I have a UDL XM1014 blaster and since it uses shells , I can just feed the shell with Azure Dragon darts and bump up the FPS . Even my Lizzy 1.0 after the internals just cracked coz my friend accidentally broke it , half lengths doesn't work anymore and it'll just get stuck . But Azure Dragon darts doesn't disappoint me with my broken Lizzy. Still shoots quite hard .

      Same kind of effect kind be observed with the DZ Bamboo 2.0... since they are lighter than 1g, they fly out of the barrel faster, but loses a bit of range due to lack of Weight. I REALLY Love Dragon Darts!!

    The black and orange Chinese af dart knockoff is called “baby dragon darts” which are basically azure dragon darts with a soft body

    lol I remember going to a park and finding a few fake darts on the floor (full length)
    I found a bullet shaped one and took it but never used it unless I knew it wouldn't hurt much
    edit: holy shit that fire phoenix one shot through the cardboard LOL
    idk if it's just my guns are too weak or the pointy tipped dart I have isn't as dangerous

      @@Smartass-pl3nxInflicting even minor pain on someone can be an effective method of defending oneself. It tends to put doubt and even fear into their minds, especially if they're surprised. It's the normal fight or fight reaction... but it rather depends on the individual concerned and their physical/mental state. Some people turn and flee at the first sign of physical resistance or pain. Others have been shot several times, yet haven't been immediately disabled, despite receiving life threatening or even mortal wounds. Obviously the simple solution is to have a squad of heavily armed body guards around you 24/7, plus always wear head to toe body armour, carry as many guns, knives and grenades as possible, and travel everywhere in a main battle tank. 😂

    Jesus. They're foam darts. Dangerous seems kinda of silly. Making paintball makers and airsoft seem DEADLY!. LOL

      A nexus firing a cut down fvj stings and does not feel good. If your not wearing eye protection you could potentially put an eye out, therefore that scenario is dangerous

    • @another3997
      @another3997 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      A lot of 'Nerfers' are young kids, playing in confined spaces. They don't have the same understanding or fear that adults do, they get caught up in the moment and quickly forget any basic ground rules. They probably won't be wearing eye protection either. The original point of Nerf was to be a safe, family friendly experience you could play in the home or garden. People playing paintball and airsoft tend to wear more protective gear than nerf players,, who are more likely to be wearing a T-shirt and shorts. Cuts and bruises might not be "dangerous", but people don't want or expect them when playing Nerf, where everyone should be using soft darts. Being hit by a 70fps soft dart won't be a problem, unless you're hit in the eye. But a solid tip dart moving at 200fps or more is going to leave a big mark or worse, take your eye out.
