How do they turn out? I tried to peel mine and it was a disaster so I’m gonna try to just blanch them and try it the way you did it. Thank you for your video.
@@Freedom-ee3fh they turn out very well. You will like them in the middle of winter. We add them to crockpot pork shoulders let it slow cook. Thanks for your comment, Enjoy
We blanched them for about 3 minutes then placed them into cold water for a few minutes. then cut off the stems and remove the seeds. Chop them 1/4 inch. Enjoy
