Hi! I am interested in doing an upgrade to a 1920x1080 panel also. Are you saying the FHD cable added additional steps or something else made it necessary for more disassembly in your case? The panels seem to be easy to locate but the cables not so much. I know you cannot add links to YT comments but maybe you can share where you found yours?
