Because of spreading out the culture, many turks was in the opinion that he was spreading the culture in the wrong way, because of his long hair, style, clothing and rings on his fingers, in the opinion of many turks, is this style what he had and spreading out to the world was "false" in their mind. Because of that in the last years he lived was the media full of critic against him. Shortly before he died, on Live Tv the reporter asked him "What are you saying to the actual situation?" and his reaction to this was really sadly. he was taking the critic seriously and was broken, he answered "this is just my style, im really spreading out the culture how i knew, I got my mustache from Göktürks and my long hair from Oğuz." theese are turkish Groups in the history of turks.
