I’m still waiting for the follow up video. I suspect a Titan would have similar overheating issues, it we will see. 2,500 consecutive rounds on a DSG before overheating is pretty impressive. Who’s going to empty ten EPM1’s in less than two minutes?
You should try the new t238 brushless vs the warhead. Seems to be a bit better. Also I'd love to see some fps readings with various levels of ab active to see how the brushless motors react. And is your amp meter reading 25+ amps? That seems pretty high most brushless dsgs I have are under 12 amps
Got one coming in the mail actually! Yeah, its pulling 25-27 amps on the watt meter. Which is more accurate and in line with our expensive power supply reader. We don't go by the in mosfet units, they don't seem to be very accurate at all and nearly all cases under report the amperage draw.
@@UmbrellaArmory nice I'll look forward to you're video on it I've got a couple coming. And all the testing I always use a watt meter. My 60rps 16:1 dsg pulled a max of 16 amps at 330fps so I'm surprised your what I assume is 400fps would pull so much more.
@@UmbrellaArmory I can certainly see it being a bigger draw but its def not a perfect correlation between fps and amp draw especially with brushless motors. A good brushed motor in a 400fps dsg would probably do about 30-35 amps. Just seems high from my experience with quite a few brushless builds. Regardless thanks for the info and I'll look forward to your further testing.
You obviously have not seen Reaper Airsoft review and data on the T238 . It is beaten by brushed motors is some metrics and the warheads crush it on every data point measured . I would go ba k to the shitty option 1 before spending on the T238 . If the T238 motor is anything like their mosfet it will shit the bed for no reason at random with no support from T238 at all when it does . It’s a pass from me.
try a gun with a singe sector gear, 13:1 with 16 tooth and a m120 spring. that would still be a realistic build and actually put some proper strain on the motor, cause it needs more power to wind up the spring. probably also wouldn't shake the gun apart as much due to a lower rate of fire.
I just put one of these in my gun and it completely shredded everything in gearbox, over all 10/10 would buy again
That's the spirit.

@@jhqtech well if you think about it. 1 joule vs 1.5j is a difference of 50% power.
But you are cycling much faster too.

Throw it in an unshimmed gun with 12:1 gears, 22awg wiring, and stock mechanical trigger contacts and hook that up to a 14.8 Lipo. Infinite amp draw.
THats diabolical, Warheads don't start with a 14.8v.
@@UmbrellaArmory everything he said but with 11.1 then
Still great test! Worth it
Is the part 2 already out? Please try it on SSG also full tooth
what spring you guys useing?

Hook it up to a 8 cell lipo 😈
y’all sound like you’re pretty good at saving water
no sense 😕 what about the feeding mags 👎👎
Should of just turned on Active Breaking lmfao
Daft Punk
gun didnt explode, 0/10
