Night Running made Legal in Kenya ( DUSK2DAWN Challenge on 22nd April, 2023)

NIGHT RUNNING? How Long can you Run/Walk in 12hours around a 500m lit Track?
On Saturday 22nd April at 6.00pm challengers will line up at the start line for what will be the start of a night long challenge this time it won’t be about the fastest but who can last for 12 hours and while at it achieve the highest distance.
This challenge will bring together walkers and runners in a night of fun, running and good music to cheer the challengers as they go round the track repeatedly.

🌯Will there be food? Yes, ‪@parklandssportsclub6258‬ will provide a cash service in a tent near the track for food and beverages.
🏃‍♂️Can I take a break to rest? 💯 Make sure to set your Swatch on pause, once you're back on track resume tracking.
📏What will determine the winners of the challenge? The longest distance tracked through your sports swatch /all from 6p.m. to 6a.m.
📣 Can I bring my support team/cheering squad? Absolutely. You need them to keep you motivated.
