    Would you make a whispered hypnosis to over come anxiety whilst driving? Your videos have really helped me in the past! I’m a learner driver and I get so much anxiety when I’m driving and I think a whispered hypnosis video by you would really help me overcome my anxiety when I’m driving! 😌

    I have no idea how this works.... but it works... After the session I was feeling tinglings all over my chest and stomach. I cried. I feel I found resolution to an event that happened 9 months ago... The pain in my chest turned into a bitter sweet feeling. No longer blaming myself. Love and peace!

    This is the best EMDR that I have tried so far. My traumatic experiences keep on reoccuring coz there is a new traumatic event I am facing now. This is my first time to fell asleep comfortable after three weeks of being separated.

      @@Vlogs-with-miaa Awwwww... thank you. Obviously I am back here again to use this video. I cannot sleep because of my anxiety coz I still don't have sense of taste and aside from that my mom is leaving us too.
      I am glad and thankful for your help. I would love to talk with you but I will wait to recollect myself again.
      ASMRs, art, music help me to cope on everything I am experiencing now.

    Hi Dr Emma.. Been a subscriber for a few years and tried this one for the first time.. Whoa.. I went into a really deep sleep, woke up bright as a button, done laundry, polished 2 pairs of boots, unboxed items from 6mths ago. Made some coffee and it's only 4am.. Needless to say, the past week I was really down, tearful and felt hopeless.. Thank you Dear Lady.. Hope those beautiful puppies are doing well.. I'd love one.. Take care and I shall look into this EDMR treatment xx🌹

    Do I really need emdr no.... have I slightly conditioned myself in seemingly only able to fall asleep to your videos lately ....maybe..... XD one problem at a time at least I've been sleeping with the help of your videos but they worked to well lol

    I find it really hard to just let a memory play out in my head especially when I'm trying to concentrate on the light. I also feel like I'm sort of making up details of the memory as it's from so long ago.

    I’ve been thinking of having this done. Recently I’ve developed a ridiculous fear of anaphylaxis despite never having it before. It’s put me off eating altogether and is causing a lot of anxiety. I’m a frontline healthcare worker so not sure if it’s all PTSD related

      I know it doesn’t help much, and frankly I can’t provide anything beyond somewhat impractical thanking, but thank you for everything you and any one else who is a front line worker does for us. Well done, and I hope things get better for you.

      I know how you feel. I've experienced some pretty severe health anxiety in the past several month. It's no joke. It's terrifying.

      Hi. I hope you are ok! Take *your* time to heal yourself, don't be afraid to stop on the middle of your therapy if you feel uncomfortable, don't push it too hard, little to soft 'cause you could be on your comfort zone. Still, all of your feelings are valid and you are capable of dealing with all of them to make your life more pleasant.

      The first emdr video I've watched I had to stop on the beginning because just thinking of it made be sick as if I was going to faint and throw up at the same time. With time and respect on myself I was able to reprocess some of the most painful shit I had in my mind. Hope you'll be able to be good with your own memories and mind again. Hugs

      @@primolla4609 I was healed thanks to EMDR therapy. I said goodbye to my psychologist, and the next day another trauma occurred. everything starts all over again. I don't feel like living like that.
