Hey Jules! I cannot seem to remain awake throughout these types of ASMR you do, fortunately, I now have a chair I cannot fall off, so some progress my side! For me, I still think this type of ASMR works so well as it taps into the memories of the maternal attention we received from our mothers when very young, especially when trying to get us to sleep. None of us can remember directly of course, it's more of a subliminal recollection. Either way, it's very effective!
