I am interested in seeing the roselle when it comes our of the freeze dryer. I usually dehydrate roselle & want to see the difference. Also would like to see what else you freeze dry out of the garden. Thanks fir your efforts.🌿
Freeze dried Roselle is far superior to dehydrated, because the cell structure is broken down during the drying process. When it is made into a tea, etc in releases more of the flavor. If you want to see some of the other things that freeze dry, I have play list for freeze drying on my TH-cam channel.
