A single person copyright claimed a total of 17 of my videos - I counter claimed them with proof of my valid license for what they were claiming and then had to wait 10 business days for my videos to be re-Instated I reached out to TH-cam on several occasions about the obviously bogus claims and they did absolutely nothing to help me - I even had an email from this person stating they would drop the strikes if I gave them 100 dollars over PayPal (obvious extortion) As a result of the videos they claimed and took down - I lost around 400 dollars Copyright law in the United States is broken and sides with the accuser - the person being accused of infringement is guilty until proven innocent To accuse someone of copyright infringement on content you should first be required to prove that content is yours - the fact that I could just got on a random channel and literally take down all their videos without any actual proof of infringement is ridiculous (sorry long rant)
@@adobemadesimple Wow thats crazy, im surprised this is still a thing with YT being such a huge worldwide platform! Surely they could implement something to help minimize this, not sure why they just dont care? So in the end you just had to let all that claimed content go to get your channel back and pay the scammer? Kudos to you for not giving up and keeping the channel going. Hello Friend! Just came here to point out that if you change the shutter angle on your transform effect you'll get motion blur for free.
Hello! Yes I know - However for this effect I wanted a more exxagerated blur with the motion - shutter angle blur is too subtle in some cases :)
