Assuming I did the math correctly, there was a 50% chance of Felix getting the right color (assuming this isnt a monte carlo scenario). Simple probability would dictate that everyone else had a 57.8% of NOT hitting the wrong lever over the course of 3 iterations.
However, if we are in the perspective of all players at once, there is a 0.39% chance that all players avoided the lever on each pull they took as a whole.
