Spooky's bark is the cutest thing I've ever heard
stickers in recessed areas and flat surfaces that fits perfectly arent really an issue tho. but bandai reeeeeally needs to stop with those wraparound and folded stickers...
the stuff like the stickers on barbatos' legs make me want to actually kill myself

I did my first bit of painting on a kit the other day. Only in the sticker parts on the HG freedom Gundam, but I was pretty happy with it.
My next attempt is going to be a full respray for a kit.
I'm hoping my Games Workshop experience, which is good enough for me to be a professional commission painter by the way, will help massively

When you're listing the stickers and I'm wondering if there's any yellow plastic on that thing at all.
the front skirt boxes mostly I think, certainly not much!
I seriously want more of those runnerless stands. I would rather buy a pack of like 2-3 of them for my mostly-HG collection then the available action bases.
super cool that this one actually gets try age stickers, i scooped the magnum version and srsly considering this one for that sticker lol
The only cool thing with this gundam is the red Beam Effects.
More Gundams need red beam effects.

Currently on premium Bandai , this kit honestly looks clean and regal , really considering to get it but surprised it’s ranked quite low

Bandai wants us to Try Age but they rarely make HG or even MG Age kits.
If im not mistaken,this kit should be able to mount the big tryage card or most trading cards in the sword without the beam

Both of them are the same but I prefer this one because it has effect parts and its bright color scheme looks better than the magnum to me

NGL the Gold Reflective ones are pretty useful if you're trying to build an Age 1 without the Age Device

If you want to be really frustrated at a really cool age mobile suit, check out the Danazine I legit use it as a mount for my beyond global to help me forget how angry it made me
Wait, did they not include the HG Age-1's original back skirts? The yellow was a separate part originally. The mold looks identical. You would literally be better off using the old skirt parts.
I got the genoace custom for 50% the price when it came out because the local Tesco at the time put the wrong barcode on it...and I ruined the kit a few years later when trying to hand paint it

So *this* was what Kyoya Kujo was basing his gunpla off of in Build Divers Re-Rise, complete with the cards. Probably would've been a really cool Easter egg if I had known about any of that beforehand. On first watch, I just thought it was some goofy gimmick Kyoya came up with on his own. Yet another small little detail that Re-Rise didn't *have* to do, but did anyway because the writers actually cared this time.
I'm still not sure how I feel about a Gundam holding a trading card. I may adore stuff like G Gundam's and Build Fighters' absurd aesthetic choices, but some gimmicks can cross the line. I like "yeah, it's a Gundam with a sombrero, you got a problem with that?". I less like "and you can buy a set of these cards of your own to play against your friends!" Both are ridiculous, but the former is brazenly up front about just being for fun and not caring what any of the edgy sourpusses and boring haters say. The latter feels like a Gundam drinking from a giant bottle of Coca-Cola with the logo facing out.
