entiendo y acuerdo , pero muchas de estas cosas si juegas relajado vienen solo, mucha gente tienen problema de controlar el cuerpo y por esto mi ( vamos a decir sistemas ) manera es explicar casi todo desde los manos. Algunos le gusta y otras dicen que es tontería pero cada su cosas.
Looking at his other videos, he demonstrated that if you lock the racquet angle in place by keeping the wrist in lag, then the face of the racuqet might not be in the right spot based on your court postion and how you lined up with the ball. But if you allow the wrist to turn you can help correct the angle of the racquet for proper targeting. Hence using the wrist to adjust for issues with the contact point.

Yes it affects accuracy, the position at contact is important
