About sunglasses...get Polaroid lenses and not just one get a few especially if it's a cheaper brand I have about six pairs and it's the best for seeing shallow and rocks and more
For the sunglasses don't get a mirror finish - you will burn you face. You need a polaroid classes - I have used Oakley for over 10 years and find them good. Unfortunately you need to forget the style and go for build for purpose. I like the glasses to cover the side of the eyes but this is not mandatory. And please add a cord to them, because you will drop them etc. so it is important that they are attached to you :). Lifespan is not really long so dont get the most expensive ones, but quality lenses will not scratch like cheap ones.
