17:50 The Dream Balls were changed ingame and the Balance change description says "Dream Ball now requires 2 turns asleep for its maximum effect", which is the LITERAL SAME DESCRIPTION AS BEFORE, but now, for some reason, the multiplier only works if the Pokémon has slept for 2 turns EXCLUDING THE ONE IT WAS PUT TO SLEEP (so effectively, 3 Turns, or after the 2 Sleep Turns of Rest), so it's only effective 33% of the time. R.I.P. Dream Balls, killed and missinformed it's balance change by the devs.
The thought process is eventually you should be able to turn those mons in for profit if your consistently catching, but ur not wrong youll end up with some stragglers at the end. But it should be ABOUT 400k/hr, which is part of why i cut off the 20k from the 420k calc to assume less than to not lead people astray.
i think rich charm 100% will back to 60k+ after event ends (prob you have to wait some weeks) so i think it is worth to buy it now since it is consumed
Uses a catch rate of 40 swarm pokemon / hour when calculating yen / hour. Then says the grind is 16 hours to get the 120 needed for the beanie (7.5 / hour). Which is it Pat?
The 16 hour grind was based off of previous years grinds and was a GUESSTIMATE because this was day 2 of the event (less than 24 hours from release) and we didnt even know how many consumes were needed yet. We are learning information rapidly during the release and its important to keep that in mind.

Well you need specific swarms tho, so can you really say its 400k per hour if the swarm doesnt spawn?
