Dr Keenan--amazing story and congratulations. Am reading about the growing science of T3s and very refreshing to come across a real world success story. It's hard to extrapolate human dosages from mice studies!
What T3 formulation and how much of it did you take? Very interested in finding out the specific mg of gamma, delta T3. Thank you in advance

@@danielanaranjo7309 thanks for responding! I also take from DFH but at 150 mg. Just wondering bc I took 300 mg once and I didn’t feel right so I’m 45 kg , maybe we need to dose according to weight? How heavy are you?
Have you seen any of Dr. Barry Tan's videos? Im pretty sure he recommends tocotrienols only. And I'm also pretty sure that researchers got results on doses as low as 200 mg.
