First you have to join ocrp then you have to register for their Racing League. And I think they do a practice race to see who is good at racing or not I'm not too sure don't quote me on that

My strategy against Rucci would be to let him sweat, if he would be behind me, i would drive chill and would not think twice about leaving him to take a spot, that way I would pressure him to make a mistake while he is in front. And i mean i would be so chill that i would drive as if I want to not be first. And i think that is Rucci's strategy, he is so super calm, and that makes him consistent. He doesnt really care and that makes him cold headed and ready to make moves.
