As I survived the first post I'll come clean with what I was really going to say lol... I did the same thing in my 40 for a number of years and found Beanie/Benny hats are great for when it gets cold. I wore one in bed a few times when it was extra cold. I did notice after a while though I would get a lot more colds/flu like symptoms from a lack of hair, not helped by the fact the kids were bringing all sorts home from school. I gave it up as I hit my 50's and did the reverse, long hair lol. 😉
Yeah, I started losing my hair in my 30s. I started shaving my head in 2018. My young kids bring a lot of germs in for sure . I never remember getting this sick years ago .
