Can always carry a plastic toothpick but as you say there’s always a blade of grass/twig I’ve managed this long with the later 👍😃

A toothpick would work great too, whatever works best for the individual. My personal preference is to not give myself something small and easy to lose so grass, rushes and twigs are the usual tools!
