I have a pair and yeah there not comfortable and yes there flat when you have them on. I put a shoe insert and dont lace mine and they are super comfy now!!! The color way grows on you, and that purple tongue becomes fire as good fit for the shoe...

Heard the materials aren't that great but I think the shoe is cool so I'll get a pair whenever these drop. I agree that one shoe should've had a white upper but I think these colors contrast much better against the black than the colors did against the white on the What The Jordan 4s.

Nike totally failed to make a good top 3. However they made a good shoe in my opinion. If you dont look at the purple tongue the shoe has like a bred vibe with the metallic shark teeth which is so clean. Then they have all the og ellements with the nike air and the 23. Some people might say its too much black but it's just standard tripple black
On foot Sean I thought they looked good especially against your black jeans. I don't hate them, but sometimes you get lucky and they move to the outlet, so if that happens I'd be definitely more inclined to purchase.
I'm still amazed that Jordan Brand can come up with a mesh up of two white sneakers and 1 black pair and ending up with a completely black sneaker... Also, these colorways just don't match. As you say, these should have been way more crazy with different colorways on both sneakers. Same error they made with the What the 4s imho

My personnal taste, this is the best jordan 5 retro.The cold tongue bring balance to the fire. The shoes stay black, and classic.
I got these today. I dont think they're worth 200+, but they are different and I like different.
