Yes they do steal from you. My sister copies everything I wear, how I speak. What scares me is she is obsessed with a movie where a woman tries to steal another woman's identity and at the end tries to kill her to become her. I have had to distance from her, block her. She is very competitive only with me. I've tried so hard to be a good sister to her, but it's getting very weird, and scary. The very strange thing is iam 65 and she is 69. Why would a person have this type of behavior at her age? She behaves more like a young girl, and yes she is very sensitive to criticism, and yes doles it out but can't take it. So exhausting. It will be difficult to cut her out permanently, but feel I need to put some distance between us to send a strong message.

Totally agree with you maam. Describes so well the few narcissists I know. They all have a deep complex problems. They thirst for attention and are very jealous, cold and vengeful people. They go into a rage over trivial matters and never admit their faults. Never apologises either. They throw very hurt insults even curses. It's the way they were brought up since childhood. Nothing can be done to change them. The only way is to keep a distance and avoid arguments with them cos they are always right. Narcissists are mentally unstable people and do not see how they are. One has to spend the whole life pleasing them. It is very tiring to be with a narcissist as a life partner. Thank you maam.

Are they even that good? Or do you just pity them? Or are the bad days sooo bad/emotionally exhausting that when your emotionally abusive narc SO let’s up for one day you consider that day a “good” one?
If you believe yourself to be “in love” with someone who engages in this narc behavior - then your perception of the relationship (and of yourself and what you deserve) is off. WAY OFF. You’ll see with more knowledge, self-knowledge, self-love, distance, and time.

If we go in public he never walks NEXT to me. He starts fights and arguments over the tiniest things. Like Friday... I didn't feel like going to check the mailbox... He slammed on the brakes so hard, turned around n went home. It was a horrible fight.. over mail. And then it was MY fault. Have to beg for love or attention, and then when I do.. I'm annoying. Or a tv show or his phone is way more important. I can't wait for God to help me. I know he's going to help me get out and run so far away. I'm a stay at home mom. So I have no income .. Having BPD and being called a narcissist by someone who was dating an ACTUAL narcissist was one of the most confusing things I’ve ever experienced. I could not fathom how my (used to be) friend thought I was a narcissist because I had fear of abandonment issues yet his partner could verbally/emotionally/financially and even sometimes physically abuse him and it was okay because he USED to be nice and kind (aka the love bombing stage). I had to recently cut this friend off for my own sanity because I couldn’t take the push and pull cycle anymore and being labeled crazy when I caught feelings after he lead me into believing we could be more than friends at some point. The lengths an enabler will go to to avoid accountability is the real craziness!
