I loved the choice to have Clorinde be the Game Master. It adds a lot of depth to someone who initially seems very profesional and stoic (granted, they did give her moments of levity in previous stories, but this felt like a whole new level) as we discover her more playful side, where she plays pretend and roleplays different characters in a story in wacky voices. Hats off to Crystal Lee, it must be hard as hell not only having to act as a character, but then having to act as that character acting as other characters. I'd love to see more stories like this in the future.
Also, good opportunity for a character who isn't much of a speaker to speak for the role of DM. Clorinde is usually a woman of action and few words, but this... this is where she can also shine.
This Fontaine quests are the most immersive on all. Every character you know on that nation has their participation, major or minor role, on every character quest belonged. Looking forward to the Natlan arc. 🙂

people need to remember Hoyo are under a strict censorship (they had to change any mention of kiana and mei being lovers into them being "best friends"), but they manage to put a lot of subtle textual evidence for the pairing they like to write about, and to my knowledge, Clorinde and Navia are the only pair that have two canon set of weapons they used in the main story that belonged to lovers/spouses. Iron Sting and Whitebind, the weapons they respectively used in the archon quest, belonged to the lovers Skipper and the blue eyed spear Witch, while their signature weapons, Verdict and Absolution, are about Rosa and Thomson Reed of the Poisson siege story. I'm glad this story quest touched more upon Clorinde's perspective of the duel, and how it affected their relationship, it was dearly missed from the AQ. And I'm really glad the quest managed to be about her, while providing an inclusive experience for other characters, we need more story quest that has the concerned character as a more active force in the plot than total passiveness we have had by the past.
Furina doing a performance check for information gives the same vibes as Venti's "It'll cost you an apple~!" 58:45 Here's an interesting theory. What if Diluc's underground network is actually the real Marechaussee Hunters? What if the organization expanded their network across Teyvat (not just Fontaine), especially after Neuvillette took over as Iudex and appointed the Melusines as the new Marechaussee Phantom to replace them? The Hunters were meant to stay in the shadows after all, like a black ops group specifically dedicated to hunting down monsters-but what if that changed to becoming like a spy network that oversees the political standing of all nations, especially when the Fatui began gaining power through the Harbingers? Also, Bran seems to still be bitter about the Bedtime Story quest ending lol. He seems dismissive and sarcastic in some of the meaningfully emotional parts of this quest...
