    All the folks saying "I'll spend my 1 million dollars somewhere else" CLEARLY don't have the 1 million USD. Lmao.
    Y'all should take your negativity elsewhere!
    Not only is this an income generating asset that can pay itself off in a couple of years, for the location and quality of the development, it'll certainly be appealing to the ACTUAL target market - high earners in diaspora looking for a home in Nigeria in a prime, secure and central location.

      @@seenasyouleave just like how there are 1 million dollar apartments in New York and California only to see it and me and you will say that it can get 4 or 6 units in Sydney Australia, New Jersey or other places with the same features or better, but since it's in Manhattan, Beverly hills or other expensive environments that is what the cost can get. And people will buy it you'd even hear some reselling or rent it out for outrageous prices and still get sold so same goes with other countries including Nigeria. In Nigeria many developers don't know the full extent of luxury but they know that luxury buyers only care about the status of what they are buying brings with it and this applies to all industries world wide.

    The use of combustible cladding on high-rise apartments poses a significant fire risk, particularly in countries with inadequate fire services. In Nigeria, where emergency response systems may be ineffective, the danger is even more pronounced. The emphasis on cost-saving measures, such as using cladding instead of painting, can have devastating consequences in the event of a fire. It is crucial to prioritize fire safety measures in luxury apartments, especially in high-rise buildings, to prevent tragedies.

    It's getting so outrageous. The economies are not the same. Why do you have to build with Western economy in mind? This, to me, is greed of the highest order. My gone in Tampa, Florida, is $500k with a backyard lake, cheaper than this bogus apartment. Health to us is paramount, and our security is top-notch.

  • @paul-q5j
    @paul-q5j 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    You must be mistaken. These apartments are not worth more than $100,000 USD at most. With $1.1 million USD, you could purchase a more desirable apartment in a developed country that provides a safe, conducive environment and first-class amenities, such as those found in the USA.

    • @soundhousemusic111
      @soundhousemusic111 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      exactly, these people have an illusion of grandeur. They inflate the cost of these apartments without offering a worthy product. I would not advise anyone to pay 1.1 million usd for an apartment, where the only view you will have is other peoples rooftops. for 1.1 million usd it better have a view like the beach in Cape Town, not a concrete jungle.

    I don't have a million dollars now, but even when I do, I can NEVER spend $1 million on a 3-bedroom apartment in Lagos, Nigeria. There is no reliable policing, no emergency health services, constantly flooded roads/streets, bad roads, and a small airport where every corrupt official harasses you for bribes.

      Yeah, but Nnamdi Kanu remains locked-up indefinitely in a grotty dungeon under the ground at a DSS facility eating that endless supply of badly cooked beans somewhere in Nigeria. And Ojukwu died a failed warlord without realizing his *Biafraud* ambition after getting so many little Odinakas killed for nothing. As if that's not already bad enough, our obnoxious little *Biafraudsters* are still rootless to this day without a real viable place to call a homeland and they are all over the place just being the nuisance they are created to be. What a life, what a waste. Sigh.

    Nope! $1.2 to $15 million USD in Lagos is just insane & not worth it 'cos these units are overpriced & over valued.
    As soon as you keave the premises, you're subjected to the same abysmal roads & infrastructures like everyone else.
    For that amount of money, what you get in London, NY, LA or San Francisco will be high end.

    OVERPRICED. Not worth the investment. 10 years return? that is too long to wait, and why pay 1.1million for a 3 bedroom apartment when i can buy a whole house for less??? make it make sense. also i highly doubt the units are 70 percent taken, that is just a marketing tactic to make people hurry up and buy. no thank you lol.

    Details people. Would it kill the guy presenting to wear a suit? Or at the least some slacks and a tie? I understand staging may be a bit expensive for Naija at this point but the guy can be presentable. You guys have a lot to learn about what people who have money that live outside naija expect from any property being sold above $1M. You have to pay attention to the little details or it conveys a lack of seriousness. The lady is very well versed in this she came prepared in her attire and energy.
