The apartment looks good and it'sin a nice environment, speaks class infact. I love it!🥳
Absolutely love the idea of an onsite restaurant! What a well thought out space!
In hongkong it is expensive to buy or rent
Unbeatable apartments, living in Nigeria with overseas standards. An offer that will give you the value for your money.
We have it in hongkong both in government building and private building a lot of it is built close to the village or some part of the village
Hi, Miss Confidence and Eden Oasis. My name is Favour. I'm an architecture student studying at the Federal University of Technology Akure.
I know this is a long shot but I would like to have a tour of this apartments as it is perfect for use as case study for my final year project.
I look forward to a positive response from you and your team.
You are studying Architecture in Akure?😅😂
Please stop that joke unless you are studying mud housing and it’s architecture ?

Nice environment.
Amazing, luxury at its finest!
The way this video captures this property is breathtaking!👌🏾
Love it! Love the details
For over a million dollars, should be giving more than this. Anyone who knows quality can see the cheap counters in the kitchen which give IKEA vibes, there many other details which are basic standard. For that price you get much better abroad
100% grade b+ Chinese stuff
Finally a building that matches international luxury property standards.
Oh dear poor thing. Just coming out of hibernation it seems. The man suddenly woke up flummoxed in 2024 Lagos Nigeria having been snoozing since the 1980s.

This looks amazing
This is one of the most tasteful home units Ive ever seen. Most of the ones I see from Lagos have all the disco lights and needless rubbish… this is very very tasteful, I know who to contact when Im ready to buy in Lagos. Beautiful and Kudos
All the folks saying "I'll spend my 1 million dollars somewhere else" CLEARLY don't have the 1 million USD. Lmao.
Y'all should take your negativity elsewhere!
Not only is this an income generating asset that can pay itself off in a couple of years, for the location and quality of the development, it'll certainly be appealing to the ACTUAL target market - high earners in diaspora looking for a home in Nigeria in a prime, secure and central location.
i don't think you even know the value of 1 million dollars. not naira. so spend 1 million dollars on an APARTMENT not even a house... that is a very big Rip off.
why will someone in aboard spend $1m here.. how much is a whole house in tail-land self.. abeg. go buy am
@@seenasyouleave just like how there are 1 million dollar apartments in New York and California only to see it and me and you will say that it can get 4 or 6 units in Sydney Australia, New Jersey or other places with the same features or better, but since it's in Manhattan, Beverly hills or other expensive environments that is what the cost can get. And people will buy it you'd even hear some reselling or rent it out for outrageous prices and still get sold so same goes with other countries including Nigeria. In Nigeria many developers don't know the full extent of luxury but they know that luxury buyers only care about the status of what they are buying brings with it and this applies to all industries world wide.
I NEED those walk in closets!
The guy said ONLY 3 apartments left, Confidence, you ALWAYS showing us the viewers apartments when they already sold-out.
Can you please tour more fully furnished houses
They apparently can`t really afford staging or they don`t understand how necessary it is at the price point they are trying to sell. They will learn one way or the other.
Lovely exterior and apartment isn’t bad. It is expensive though considering that you are still likely to rely on a generator to have constant electricity and security remains an issue.
This is a fully serviced apartment with constant Electricity and security.
Exotic! What the price❤
I love this property though, but ikoyi service fees is another thing to consider, for an investment that has a guaranteed return in 10years wetin again man dey find
If i buy a house of 1.1million dollors, i cant live pr share stuffs with anyone. The whole estate belongs to me fah😅
Yep, the word short let sounds tacky, I will rather go with short stay or Airbnb
Why are people crying in the comments. Apparently they know their target market. Truth be told, there’re shittier apartments in not so great neighborhoods in NYC that are sold for double this price. So it’s all about location not necessarily amenities and size
The apartment i am living in Switzerland is way way luxurious more than this, I payed 1300 dollar a month, the apartment for sale in the market is just 480k dollars. I swear politicians have spoiled our country.
This is pure money laundry, EFCC is blind to look into Lagos and Abuja properties
The place is nice but ridiculously high cost
Too much expensive haba
The proportions of the rooms comes a bit short of luxurious
Very nice!. The only thumb-down is the price being in $$. They should sell in Naira unless US$ is now the official currency in Nigeria.
The use of combustible cladding on high-rise apartments poses a significant fire risk, particularly in countries with inadequate fire services. In Nigeria, where emergency response systems may be ineffective, the danger is even more pronounced. The emphasis on cost-saving measures, such as using cladding instead of painting, can have devastating consequences in the event of a fire. It is crucial to prioritize fire safety measures in luxury apartments, especially in high-rise buildings, to prevent tragedies.
😂😂😂 These prices are getting out of hand. A building that will not be maintained well into the future. Why would someone spend 1million on an apartment when that money can buy a fully detached house with way more bedrooms and privacy on the island. You would even have money left over
You and I know that it’s more about the neighborhood than the building itself. It’s an investment and easy access to human connections.
The apartment is more expensive in Nigeria then US god help us.
The worst part is that they will rush and buy and you will not even see it again to buy if delay😂
They lie that only few are left . It’s a marketing strategy 😂😂. U will be surprised that none of those apartments is sold 😂😂
@@murarayvan5732 See your thinking 😂😂 developers don’t build for building sake they build based on demand while is it is Lagos that developer’s are building so many high rise buildings, is because of the demand in lagos and people even buy it off plan.
We have this in hongkong hk built close to village part of the village
worth the money
EXPATS?? No wonder the price is Sky High even for Ikoyi. But it’s beautiful.
This flat is expensive in hk hongkong
location, Location, Location. This is an income generating asset, you all.
Are there anyone for rent
Most of you guys on the comments section must be from the diaspora. Ordinary Nigerians are making clean money big time in Nigeria. Even women in the markets are packing money. Average market women bank accounts are in billions. Ask the banks.
I still need someone to convince me why l should buy an apartment, especially as a home?Spending 1.1 million dollars, not to mention maintenance and amenities fees, which will mean another 1 million dollars yearly for the privilege,to now share everything with a neighbor. You cant speak up for the fear of disturbing the neighbors, you cant play music for the sake of neighbors, you probably cant eat properly for the sake of your neighbors after spending 1 million dollars and counting....
They might as well develop lgumu, surulere, yaba, lkeja, Apapa, badagary for cool million dollars apartment. The rest of us will be dwelling in our cheap houses in ekulobia, ljebu ode, mokwa,Agenegbode, osogbo, ogbomoso,Agbor,Sapele with less stress thank heavens.😂😅 Thanking you confidence!Cheers!🍻
Like I don't understand why I would this kind of amount on a apartment where I can just buy a land and keep it for future purposes men
do you have 1 million to spend first? then i can try to convince you
You’re not the target market that’s why you wouldn’t understand. 6 units left out of 24 units, so clearly there’s a market. Hate all you want, these guys will still walk away with almost $30m…
@@dipojohnson3065 You're also not in position to say that as well
@@dipojohnson3065 So much ignorance in Nigerians. Those guys, not even you are walking away with cool 30 million dollars for apartments and you are happy. This your mindset explains why nigerian government loot all the money and the same poor nigerians are still hailing them.😂So,stop complaining about fuel price then,Nigeria is still the cheapest place to buy fuel.lnfact, fuel should be sold for 3000 naira per liter, government walking away with cool billions.lf you cant afford 3k per liter you are not the targeted market then, get out the way and off the highway. What about that? Ignorant people!!
I hope there are elevators in these buildings. The kitchen is great but the primary bedrooms are too long , there is enough room to have 2 walk-in closets instead of one closet that is just big enough for one person. I like the balconies especially the wrap around balconies. Ikoyi is the best place to live in Lagos Island, followed by VI.
How on earth can a 3 bedroom apartment anywhere in the world cost $1.1million? The apartments look elegant truly, but $1.1 million is higly an exaggeration.
The interior looks too plain to cost anywhere near 1million USD

Naira has completely lost its value, so they dont talk naira again. Whay they talk now is dollar

I was loving this until I heard the word "guarantee" from the mouth of the developer and then I mentally tuned out immediately as that is always a warning sign. Guarantee in real estate? And in NGR? Nah. I wonder also what this building will look like 10 years from now and how much of the monies that went into it came from scams, internet fraud and other vices. I wonder. Would I buy a 3 bed flat in Ikoyi for $1.1M? NEVER.
Those plants are dying look at the leaves they not healthy😢
U guys have to understand that this building is in Ikoyi so obviously the price is gonna be expensive
Please, i can get a similar apartment in Palm Beach florida one of the most expensive places in the USA for that amount with better amenities.
Truly Nigerians needs to travel, me as a Dubai resident working as a concierge with Emaar properties in Dubai… with a million dollars which is 3.65 million dirhams you will get a much better deal 3bdr apartment in Emaar towers in the Downtown Dubai district with 10 years UAE golden visa near near Dubai mall/ Burj Khalifa …. What a joke, the real estate market in Nigeria is a rip off …. Crazy! Just look at the tower …. The facilities and landscaping is nothing to be compared….there’s nothing luxury at all. Also, the interior decorators lack skill, for the price it should look more rich and alluring!
Great building and neighborhood but wrong price point. banks primarily but also the developer are both walking away with a lot of investor's potential gains. with that price point they are doing a disservice to their target markets. it might be too high for some but not premium of an investment for those with the money.
It's getting so outrageous. The economies are not the same. Why do you have to build with Western economy in mind? This, to me, is greed of the highest order. My gone in Tampa, Florida, is $500k with a backyard lake, cheaper than this bogus apartment. Health to us is paramount, and our security is top-notch.

1.1 Million USD 😂😂
You must be mistaken. These apartments are not worth more than $100,000 USD at most. With $1.1 million USD, you could purchase a more desirable apartment in a developed country that provides a safe, conducive environment and first-class amenities, such as those found in the USA.
exactly, these people have an illusion of grandeur. They inflate the cost of these apartments without offering a worthy product. I would not advise anyone to pay 1.1 million usd for an apartment, where the only view you will have is other peoples rooftops. for 1.1 million usd it better have a view like the beach in Cape Town, not a concrete jungle.
@@soundhousemusic111 exactly.
I don't have a million dollars now, but even when I do, I can NEVER spend $1 million on a 3-bedroom apartment in Lagos, Nigeria. There is no reliable policing, no emergency health services, constantly flooded roads/streets, bad roads, and a small airport where every corrupt official harasses you for bribes.
I'd buy an affordable home in lekki, if u want luxury in Africa Rwanda, Namibia, & South Africa make more sense.
Bulletproof door from Turkey.... Seriously 😳
So far that Lagos has drainage issues round dirty environment around this luxury and poverty in d midst of affluence, it’s not worth it
Yeah, but Nnamdi Kanu remains locked-up indefinitely in a grotty dungeon under the ground at a DSS facility eating that endless supply of badly cooked beans somewhere in Nigeria. And Ojukwu died a failed warlord without realizing his *Biafraud* ambition after getting so many little Odinakas killed for nothing. As if that's not already bad enough, our obnoxious little *Biafraudsters* are still rootless to this day without a real viable place to call a homeland and they are all over the place just being the nuisance they are created to be. What a life, what a waste. Sigh.
$1.1 million THATS CAP in lagos for an apartment, am dead. with the most expensive house sold in lagos went for $2m and in a whole banana island. but good luck tho finding a buyer.
This criminally and outrageously expensive!!!😮... I can get a better apartment with more superior quality for half the price in Dubia, Australia and even Switzerland....If too expensive approximately 500 - 700k overseas.. Lagos is shit!!
If Lagos is sh**, why is it living rent free in your head?
not worth the price. nice apt. a bit of a stretch to call it luxury.
Don't forget about all the building collapses in Lagos. Wouldn't trust any Nigerian developer to build a safe high-rise
Nope! $1.2 to $15 million USD in Lagos is just insane & not worth it 'cos these units are overpriced & over valued.
As soon as you keave the premises, you're subjected to the same abysmal roads & infrastructures like everyone else.
For that amount of money, what you get in London, NY, LA or San Francisco will be high end.
OVERPRICED. Not worth the investment. 10 years return? that is too long to wait, and why pay 1.1million for a 3 bedroom apartment when i can buy a whole house for less??? make it make sense. also i highly doubt the units are 70 percent taken, that is just a marketing tactic to make people hurry up and buy. no thank you lol.
This guy that was talking, I dont think he owns the apartment. He didn't sound so confident. Maybe he knows the price is not justifiable.
Details people. Would it kill the guy presenting to wear a suit? Or at the least some slacks and a tie? I understand staging may be a bit expensive for Naija at this point but the guy can be presentable. You guys have a lot to learn about what people who have money that live outside naija expect from any property being sold above $1M. You have to pay attention to the little details or it conveys a lack of seriousness. The lady is very well versed in this she came prepared in her attire and energy.
Nice but not worth it

Why would you need a bulletproof security door. Are things that bad with crime there???
