I am very happy you reacted to her again! she's a very unique singer with a long biography. first things first, i should say it's her 20th anniversary and that was actually right after her 8 years of not performing live because she had to look after her ill parents. so singing was definitely not the best, but she served well in terms of energy! Actually it's really exciting to watch her old performances and old songs. I recommend you to react to Don't Change Your Mind(2015). it was performed in 1985 for the first time, so actually you may notice the 80s vibe, but at the same time it's quite modern! From her new ones, i wish you could react to Mangata(2019, live), Ilinx(2014) and Somebody's Calling(2010. it was a very intense performance even though she was tired haha)
'80s hair rock songs are always fascinating and interesting. As you said, the keyboards and synths were always in front, it's like the signature sound of that era. It's really hard to find solo works of Eri. I heard that she released a couple of albums but didn't get any factual data on that. If you want to continue reacting to Mari, why don't you try her recent releases for the next one? The MVs for 'Black Rain' or 'Tomorrow Never Dies' really showcase her heavy/power metal aspect. It's rude to say a woman's age, but I'll say it quietly because of how amazing her singing voice is. She will be 62 years old this July. But that voice and those beautiful legs, aren't you surprised?
