If i had a nickel for every time I’ve noticed someone use an opponents rhystic study to make a god windfall and “build your own adnaus” from it on this channel, id have two nickels, which isn’t alot but it’s still pretty weird it’s happened twice.
I knew that card would be good enough for cedh when unfinity came out. I did all the math for the chances of how much mana it adds. As well as Mark the 10 sticker sheets that should be run.
Ashani's deck feels like the ultimate glass cannon. It consistently wins on turn 2-3, but one single counterspell and the deck literally loses on the spot.
that’s how I feel before I play that deck. I am a blue farm cultist myself. But after I start playing Rog Si, I am addicted. It’s not something you want to bring to a tournament if you want to win some prize. But it’s insane.
I don’t think this is true. Rog/Si tournament results are really good and it is a pretty resilient deck despite being one of the fastest in the format. Players overstate how delicate the list is because there’s no card engine in the zone.
Man I love Birgi, God of Stroytelling! @PlayingWithPowerMTG Great episode overall! I want to see more Janky commanders being played in CEDH in the future!
@@aninnocentbystander119 I agree but he has no mana up or commander in play He also just use Mindbreaktrap so he has to one of the force card or a pact of negation and I believe that was a risk work taking
Maybe they would replace it with lab man and an extra turn spell? Idk how much extra mana you would get from underworld breach + LED like in game 2 but it seems feasible
I'm not hating on Ashani here but has he ever won a game on this channel when the other players have interaction? I don't know if its his playstyle or if its the deckbuilding but its either he wins because there's no interaction or he always get put down because he doesn't run interaction. That just doesn't fit with cEDH to me.
@Trips Ahoy yeah, the Mind goblin joke is funny I'm just a grumpy, old man who doesn't like that half an unset is legal in the format, aside from Saw in Half.
Game 2 is a perfect example of why people say wheels are bad in cEDH.

@@parkerdawson8123 I still don't understand sticker sheets.
I don’t understand why he doesn’t use the best one “delusionary” adds 6 red mana
The casual “mind goblin” at the start lmao
06:02 Did he just say Kraumbat?
Man I love this channel
It’s a play to win thing
Ashani's deck feels like the ultimate glass cannon. It consistently wins on turn 2-3, but one single counterspell and the deck literally loses on the spot.
I mean that’s just because of the way he played out game 1. He’s also on counterspells himself and even defense grid for protection

Morning coffee and some CEDH with PWP. Going to be a Good Friday ☕️🤓

Sometimes you gotta risk it for the biscuit and then again sometimes it becomes sad naus

I had this on 1.5x speed and Ryan sounded like he was Eminem
bro, i never considered speeding these vids up because they are edited so well for quick games..but now this is just a new realm of humor
Sounds more like a radio announcer literally reading the fine print
Great games! The Birgi respect was real
casts a final fortune and then a adnauseam with no protection?
I’m questioning what Ashani was thinking. The play was super risky, and it backfired.

@@ashanimiller1648 Fair enough. I mean no disrespect. It’s easy to say so from outside the game but inside it, I’m sure it looked much different.
What would Cedh look like without Thassa's Oracle? What would blue's next wincon be? Other than brain freeze

Jace
Where do you guys get your dual land proxies from?
@6:00 "kraumbat" hahahaha
RogSi is Grixis K’rrik and I love to see it.
i, too, love to see that
Does anyone know where I can get ashani’s play mat? I haven’t been able to find it
I feel like Cruz didn't do anything this entire video
True!
Other than feeding Brandon and Ashani cards by refusing to pay for Rhystic while casting do nothing cards.
@@Coulrophobia29 True!
He keeps really bad hands, hoping to top deck fast mana on the first two games and to top deck a (red) land in the last one.
@@javierandresolivaresarriag1452 Kinda
I am guessing Ashani really hate Birgi.
saw stickers. immediate exit
But not before a stop to comment!
We love a mind goblin
Moves to Kraumbat should be on a shirt
It was cool but the two underdog decks were just outmatched
Kraumbat 😂😂
Maybe wheels do get better instead of worse the longer a game goes on…
Mind Goblin.................
Lets go Ashani, 2-1!!!
Still jarring to hear the sticker sheets.
Again, Ad Nauseam greed costs someone the game... 🙃
Wtf are these stickers 😂
Been a while since we've had a video this boring apart from the explosiveness of some games
People aren’t getting tired of Tymna? Jeesh

He also somehow has dockside every game with no tutors 🌝
Game 3 Brandon had 2 interactions
The point of the deck is to win while people are still setting up leaving them with little to no mana to fight back.
It's a glass canon
the worst final fortune, if you not have how protect this turn, you don't play it
Wrong avatars in second game
No way a thassa’s oracle win. I haven’t seen that one before…
We hear ya. We are working on more content without thoracle coming in the next few months.
UB DansGame
I don’t think they can
Thassas need to be Ban
No it doesnt, saw in half does
birgi with a wheel every single opening hand, blue farm with mystic/rhystic every opening hand, mad sus. Cruz is the only one not cheating
Oh using mulligans to get key pieces?
@@IAmDaedem it's the first seven (maybe second, they dont say) every time, pay attention.
I kinda hope everyone starts using sticker sheets so have to say those crazy silly names lol. ❤❤❤

I'm on the other side, every time I see stickers I die a little inside.

Every time something interesting is about to happen, it gets counterspelled. So laaaaame but still a good game.
