  • half cup milk
    1tsp vinegar
    half cup curd
    1/3cup powder sugar or castor sugar
    1/4cup non flavor oil
    1/4cup condensed milk
    1tsp vanilla essence
    1 cup all purpose flour or maida
    2 tsp unsweetened coco powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2tsp baking soda
    mix all wet and dry ingredients
    bake cake at 180 degree for 35 to 40 mins
    for frosting
    200gms cream cheese
    150 ml whipping cream
    1/2tsp vanilla essence

    Hi richa… tried ur recipe… cake came out suuuppperrr soft n very tasty. Faced only 2 problems… the milk didn’t curdle after adding vinegar. May i knw what could b the reason? And the colour was also not bright red.

      If cake was super soft thn no worries about curdle...every thing should be on room temperature and use good quality liquid or gel colour for brightness 😊😊
