To everyone that’s saying Sain is overthinking: these are important issues she’s addressing that affects our mental health in one way or the other & I feel it’s especially important for our Indian community since we have a tendency to focus only on our physical health. Please think about this.

@@SainthavisKitchen it also takes a tremendous amount of courage to put yourself out there in the public eye, do something different than other vloggers & discuss sensitive issues boldly without fear. Many thanks to you 🙏🏼

Spot on! I absolutely love the time you take & the effort you put into these relationship videos. I always used to think that something was wrong with me & that’s why I get treated the way I do by people but realized that I’m an exceptional human being who is simply taken for granted & not respected. Now my “village” or inner circle (this includes family members) is very very small. I know tons of people, but only those who value & respect me & my time get my time, attention & respect. Just as you mentioned, these are the relationships that have stood the test of time. I also wanted to extrapolate on one of the points you made. Some people will use you as an unpaid therapist aka mental trash can & dump all the problems on you to relieve their own mental stress. But when it is time to reciprocate they are not really interested in listening to or offering solutions to our issues. We have to be careful with such people as well.

Don't believe in emotional support....build yourself very strong emotionally for the real inner peace....If you care for emotional support it will tear you up😢 please don't expect anything from others please .....even a call.....you can happily spread positive vibe to all, but strengthen your innerself with no emotions. Emotions rot you.....Don't know.....from my life experience I just felt like telling you...be emotionless with no expectations but keep doing what you are doing....Its great....my hearty wishes. Love your boldness and good thoughts

Thank you, mam, for your video. I would like to reinstate the fact that " time" is one of the fundamental factor for growing a relationship. Personally nowdays people run behind career and money and they dont understand that kids dont just look for a comfortable living but seek father's love. Fathers support is so very important for a girl child. Boys who are looking for girls to get married should understand that more than money people look for time including their future kids. How do we utilise the time to grow ourself personally financially and professionally makes the end game successful. Not sacrificing one for other and later regretting that they should have either not sacrificed or the sacrifice made has not achieved the end goal ...which is the case for many. Balancing is an art and its way more sustainable than sacrificing everything for anything...

Very important topic and very well explained Sainthavi 👏👏 for many years my problem has been the one way effort ! Both husband and friends, this is the issue . But as you said I have started my effort to analyze and make rational decision on who I should talk for long time . Calling when going back from office is a very thing I face from even close friends . But when Iam on phone with them I cook 😀 I don’t like cooking, so why not finish that when listening to your friend’s stories! Great job and keep posting great videos like this. 💗

Started typing point by point comment , it felt pointless as I then have to quote and agree with all the points you spoke , recently learnt about testing relationship concept when I had to stay off whatsapp due to daughter’s IB exams and I didn’t want external stressors , only 2 people checked on me from outside the country I live in ! 40s truly have taught me lot of life lessons . I am actiually happy and grateful for that , atleast from now on I value my time the most , i ensure that person at other end in every relationship knows that and respects the boundary . Very well done Sainthavi , not a single minute felt like a drag, every point was so on point . Hats off ❤ please talk about how to give timely comebacks . Especially when people are purposely trying to be. Nosey, jealous etc and I can sense it but can’t seem to give a tactful come back about it not being their business . Thanks

"Nee periya aal ayite" I have an uncle who does this and it drives me nuts.I love him and wish I could have a relationship with him but he veruppethifies me by talking like this everytime I forget to reply to his message on whatsapp. I wish I had reacted the way you do before because I just had to cut him off to protect my energy.

I have a question, what to do if you find nobody is trying to check out if you’re fine when you don’t contact them I.e during testing?
I’ll be happy if you can share your tips for the same. I’m in my 20’s.

Hi Akka, super video. I have one request. Same like testing relationship. Now you spoke about long relationships or just phone call like that. But I have one problem, like how you can handle a close relationship like brothers sisters who used you when they need main financialy. Now they are settled they have your money. But not returning and now they are just avoiding you but they are yours own brother’s sisters and even parent’s. How can I solve this kind of peoples.

People who take a step back and look at life, people and how they can be better do this kind of analysis, basically the hierarchy of needs , where this leads to figuring out the purpose of your life. If you are not there yet, your focus is just on the regular tasks .
