I think Poppo did great though, especially that last try cuz it matched the BGM melody that was playing. It's just a "hard to hum" BGM in general.
Also, not the main point of the video but:
Nooooo Naruse-chan what are you sayingggg??? You sing so freaking well when you're serious!! It's just because he has a naturally low range voice so he can't reach a lot of high notes, but i still love his singing voice!! ;-;
