We've had a reprieve from the heat which is nice because I don't like the heat since we don't have central air. 😢 I have a small fan on my nightstand that helps at night for those hot flashes. 😅 Yesterday was only 65⁰ very weird 😮for July and high 70s-low 80s this week. We've had a lot of rain too. 🌧
I had really bad allergies as a kid. I still have them as an adult but don’t notice them as much. My biggest suggestion for Marks allergies is to take him to an allergist or his pediatrician and have him tested for allergies. They can either do it through a skin prick on his back or through bloodwork. Sometimes bloodwork isn’t as accurate if you don’t know what the allergy already is. Once you know the level of how allergic he is to whatever it is you can decide if you want him to get allergy shots to build up enough immunity to that specific allergy. You don’t have to do this at all just wanted to pass along what has helped me. It could be something like dust, dust mites, a tree or a plant.
