6. Fuqahas or Scholars who have specialties in Islam.

Better check out haddes even ibn khatir the student of ibn taymiyaa ur salafi hero and many old prestigious imams they all agree we can ask from dead since they are pious and the acceptance rate of dua increases cause in Allah's view they are more pious than us. Anyways u don't understand cause ur aqeedah is already corrupted by this salad my friend wahab fame later as a sect before that people use to follow 4 madah fiqh and ahshari maturidi aqeedah better check out history. Salafi ideology:- Don't believe the Imam who knew nearly a million hadiths and documented fiqh, but rather believe what you translate from Qura'an and few hadith we now know , The issue here is Quraan has to be understood with the help of hadith, or it'll lead to misunderstanding and often endless sects like wahabbis, These sects are made to mislead normal people who may not be able to reason for what they practice. So accept Islam as it is, if you try to modify it as your understanding then you change Islam, which often has dangerous outcomes like terrorism.

immam shafee discussion with his student muhammad ibnul hassan as shebani is in musnad sheuba and they both agreed that he was not a aalim.
immam bukharee was also a muhadis and immam bukharee called abu hanifa kufee what kufee.
and the all muhadises don't take any sanad or in simple words proof by kufees.

and all are scholars of ahadees
we can say abu hanifa was a faqeeh but he was not a muhadis this is the only reason why he opposes the quran hadees sunnah or the sayings of sahaba.
and all muhadiseen have refuted abu hanifa this is the truth.
