Wow! She has a great control of sound throughout !Tchaikovsky's short piano pieces don't get much played; the big GmSonata grows on one if you hear it often -enough,and by the end of this long really a "kleinekunst" I was glad I had heard this music . Her sound at 5;33 the top voices and delineation of line is exquisite ! Van Cliburn played a piece from the Seasons(the best one with an unforgettable melodyJune?) it's all very old-fashioned late Romantic stuff -not my kind of music . I couldn't wait to hear what Master Bronfman's advice would be ! That d above middle c has an ugly ,hard ;tone piano needs a technician !
She has a lovely touch… and “unlearns”!Well… so hard to do once the interpretation has been set. Wonderful job by the great Mr Bronfman.
Great lesson
You are blessed to learn from my award winning piano Master cousin that we were fortunate to see in 2016 Carnegie hall.
