How would these compare to the old school Brooks Cadence? Those were in a category of their own I suppose with a 4 mm drop yet supportive. I tried the Ghosts recently and hated them. Too much cushion, no response, felt like I was wearing slippers. I wore the Cadence for all 7 versions until they discontinued them and have never been truly happy in any other shoe since.
