Throughout the night, gentle pink noise helps mask external disturbances so you can drift off peacefully and return to rest whenever you stir. We cycle through three clinically proven relaxation techniques-Awareness of Breath, 4-7-8 Controlled Breathing, and a Relaxing Body Scan-every 45 minutes, ensuring a seamless flow back into slumber if you wake at any hour. Simply engage with the guidance or let the pink noise soothe you back to sleep.
How to Use This Meditation
Start at Bedtime - Hit play as you settle in for the night.

Hi Chibs. First of all, thank you for your work. I wish I could support it better given how it's been very useful for me - hopefully some day in the future. Also, if you could make an hour (or longer) loop of you doing the breathing counting: I think that would be a game changer. I noticed your counting of the 4-7-8 breathing to be so relaxing, it puts me so close to sleep all by itself.
@@daedra40That my g.favourite too.I have Hiv Copd abd my lungs are destroyed by drugs.i am off heroin 18 years and its only recently since i found this i am not taking the 10-20 sleeping pills,but the breathing exercises ara amazing.Goodnight and God Bless.❤

Wonderful! But for some reason I can’t tolerate the pink noise. Maybe it’s because my nervous sysyen is very dysregulated due to taper prescribed Benzo
I hope it works i am grieving and i don't want drugs anymore.😢

@@nataliepower7464Thank you your so caring.I am clean 18 years from heroin but i was taking up to 10-15 sleeping pills daily until a few months ago.sleep was only a memory for me until I found Chibs and i am now getting 6 hours of sleep and i actually look forward to bedtime now when there was a time i didn't sleep for 7 Months because of withdrawals and ur sleep never returns the same.God bless you.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
