I have purchased Teak Wood Modern Kitchen Cabinet from Pepperfry Online Store. The price of the item is 10474. They delivered a Homemade Brown Mango Wood Chopping Board worth Rs 399. I immediately sent an email on 4 Mar 23. After that I called and complained many times. I also placed a complain through their chat service. I have sent them email dated 4 Mar 23, 11 Mar 23, 15 Mar 23. I have asked for a refund and return pickup of the wrong item delivered. Till today there is no resolution. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Pepperfry.
