You're both going through the natural emotions that occur when you do exactly what you've done. In 2013 I moved into my van, and put my prized possessions into storage. Little did I know when I did it it would become a time capsule.
I'm reliving those first-timer emotions watching this video. Once you get through the shock you're going to be smiling. It takes huevos to do what you've both done! And time will tell you exactly what's going to stay and what's not going to stay in your new home. Don't force it, just allow it to blossom. Sad to see y’all leaving Arkansas, butt proud you’re getting to follow your dream. Quick tip. Your new toaster will start rusting quickly unless you “season” it kinda like cast iron. Very thin coat of vegetable oil and heat it until it starts smoking and then pretty much stops….
Trying running a bungee cord across each shelf of your spice cabinet to keep them in place while in transit.

So excited for you! My husband and I are RVers, but love watching to get location ideas and camping tips. One tip for you: Put small tension rods against your spices. Keeps them in place while traveling. I use cheapie small curtain rods from Walmart that can be twisted & extended to the need length.
You guys are doing what I planned to do when I retired. I had to give up that plan. I have an autistic daughter who needs me to be near by. So I bought a house in the woods. I travel when I get the chance. Love your channel.

I wish your new trailer was the one you could stand up in.. Your first winter in a tent full time.. But you do have the option to sleep in the trailer.
Once In Idaho we camped in 27 degree freezing rain and snow. My fingers were numb just trying to make coffee. I always have several extra tarps and the strong spring clips and extra bungee cords. I tried making a enclosed area around the table to block the wind. A clam shelter will be my next purchase with walls!. Something that doesn't weigh much is the thin emergency blankets. I have used those on a couple of sticks and paracord as a heat reflector at the camp fire. Even aluminum foil will reflect the heat back to you if you set it up right.
Monitor the fires and be safe! Love y'all.

It was cool to see the CS by the pond. I grew up in Benton/Bryant area and that used to be a catfish place in the mid 90's if it was the same place in Maumelle area.
