This and That with Chris here’s the next surprise. They don’t make replacement piston sets for the 1.5L. You might be lucky to find some piston rings. Lots of parts for the 1.6L. The 1.5L is a rare bird. I rebuilt my wife’s 1.5L. I saved the pistons, got the case cleaned and deglazed the cylinders. Not honed bigger. NOS rings, new bearings and put it all back together. Running perfect.
