  • This is the Best Treadmill Workout for Low Impact!
    A 60 minute treadmill workout with dumbbells and some incline is a great way to mix up how you use the cardio machines at the gym! This is a no running workout so it is more gentle on the joints, yet still super effective for burning fat.
    If you are newer try a shorter amount of time and lower incline and progress every week!
    Incline: 12.5
    Speed: 3MPH
    Time: 60 minutes
