Man those are awesome plow quads and that one is CLEAN! I bought an 03 Eiger last year with 1190 miles, Moose Plow and Winch for $2,050 and it was fun and easy to clear snow. Mine is in similar condition to yours only Red in color. Only one dumping when we received about 22" overnight was it too much. I had to clear some paths with a blower and then I could get speed up to plow snow once some paths were cleared.
I’m trying to get info about my 2005 Suzuki Eiger 400 4 x 4, right hand lever function. There is a point of contact on an electrical hook up that clicks when I pull the lever. Some say that it’s a tension or pressure release for pull starting. Others say it is a front break.

Thats a micro switch that activates your brake light. That's the click you're hearing. When it clicks your brake light should illuminate
