How do you bail in close out barrels, I use to enjoy getting inside but then I got thrown onto the bank and dislocated my shoulder? Is there a safe way to go about close out barrels?

@@flawlessbenji5051 ahh that sounds bad sorry about that, for me i try to stay on my board the whole time that way i just sink to the bottom and the foam brings me right back up, but if its really shallow I kind of roll with the barrel and brace for impact 🌊🤙
