U sold at the right time. Great to see u reinvesting in more calves plus u will have more calves from ur cows. Beef market should remain high as there is a shortage of beef animals being raised for market
Little tip for loading cattle bud put that trailer there the night before and put some grain in there and in the morning they will walk right in when your ready it's less stress on the animal
Could you get the grain in bulk not bag a save a little? I just bought 8 calves but I use old holstein cows as nurse cow and put 2 or 3 on each. Good luck these dang calves are not cheap.
