Have one sim one angus bull just now. At the sale tomor for a char or a sim. 400kg dead weight is plenty. Maybe 380 better suited for butchery. Cows in calf to sim and char, due now but think it be a months time till i see anything

I drove from Hexham to Huntley just before Christmas to look at a combine. Was 11hour drive some nice countryside 👌good luck with the coos.

Usually thoes induction motors don't electrically fail as they are brushless, if it is the motor I'd expect it is worth just swapping its bearings.
Got to the bottom of it, dodgy capacitor. Was replaced when we had the fire and must have been a faulty one went on

Would you not think of crossing with a Belgian blue we used to cross simental with blues and they were good. Not for everyone though. Just wondered.

@ritch195 lots of cattle on credit at Thainstone , Beedies transport had 8 loads out of Stirling on the same day as Dingwall all went to Aberdeenshire

Not lim or blue, off to stirling bull sales today and tomo. Be a white or a brown one
