I am 94 years young and we danced and sang with the old timers. I don’t remember many the old timers coming to Idaho. I lived in Boise and we had some local fiddler players that would play for our dances or some would hang out in the bars and play and we would dance. Of course we could get the cowboy stations on the radio which we religiously listened to. Thanks for bringing the memories into my world.🙏 Barbara
This is 100% country. This is the music i grew up on & I'm almost 60 years old. I enjoyed seeing Leon Rhoades playing with Tony Booth e on Earnest Tubbs "Walking The Floor Over You". Jim Ed Brown did a great job with Bobby Helms classic "Fraulein".
I absolutely love this family reunion! As someone who likes his country music soaked in Tennessee whiskey, I've learned a lot from songs I have never heard before! Thanks much, Bill A! and your team!
Breaking my heart that this is such amazing American History portrait in these videos and so few likes. Changes are coming and we will no longer have things like this happen. God has this, and I for one am grateful, because this is not right. 11/9/23
Billy Yates is # 1. Wow! What a talent & personality to boot. He is awesome. I have met a lot of Country artists , but this is one I would love to meet.
I’ve always loved Moe Bandy’s music and remember the first time I heard him and Becky Hobbs sing Let’s Get Over Them Together” and fell in love with their voices together.
You two needs to make more records , This is great, I don’t know if you will see this, but I hope you do. You make a beautiful couple. God bless you and good luck.
My best friend (guitar player) played on the cruise that was put on by the H.O.T. Records that Tony B. spoke about. He got to back up every artist on the bill. He plays part time with Gary P. Nunn now.
A lot of the persons in the video passed away years ago, makes me wonder when this was originally done. I've found a reference saying 1997, that would be 26 years ago. Great videos, takes me back.
@@CW-bp2sbprobably correct on 2014; Jim Ed Brown passed 2015 & Jack Green passed 2013-- Jeannie Seely sang one of Jack's songs in video, as tribute to him.

Few and far between do the real traditional "old" country singers come here. I've got to see Merle, Kris, and George thankfully.
Great Country Music 🎶 love Everyone of Them and Their Words and Songs God Bless You Allways. ♥️🎶🎶
Miss the old Honky Tonk music.😢
Jim Ed is just such a smooth easy listening kind of singer. So great to listen to.
Good to see Moe Pitney invited to the show.
Mike Johnson on that steel guitar. Outstanding.
To bad that we lost so many of them great singners and good peoples to bad we are missing them
At least we have their recordings and films and videos so they can live on and let us continue to enjoy their work.
The session musicians playing the backing to the vocalists are superb. 👍
Becky Hobbs will forever have my heart! Jones on the Jukebox is straight Honky Tonk!
That's western swing, not Honky Tonk.
First time I heard Jones On The Jukebox
Very good song. Like it
Now that is Country. Great playing , singing and stories. Make my Day.
Look for Tennessee bird walk
OMG Becky Hobbs!!!!!! WOW so happy to see this.
Love David Ball! Don’t know why we didn’t hear more from him. True country voice.
Agree.
Couldn't agree more.
❤❤
We don't hear anything like this anymore because Nashville has become San Francisco and only caters to the woke soy kale latte broke back betas.
And that’s exactly why!! Much like Keith Gattis he too was told by the record company, “You’re just TO country!!” - D.Ball
If these so called country singer today was this good. It would. Be worth listen to
Next to church....this is something I can't wait to listen and watch❤
All the honky tonk songs are great ❤it

Great episode. Becky Hobbs aka Beckaroo is cool for acknowledging the songwriters of her songs.

Roy Clark died in 2018, he is seen in this video.

Agree 100%....
Love u❤❤❤debbie
Played palamino❤❤❤3
It would be nice to know when these shows were recorded.
Mo Pitney was born in 1993, and it was mentioned that he was 22 during the filming of this, so that would put it around 2015.
Doing the math from the comment that Ernest Tubb would have been 100 that makes it 2014

I have a thinking problem, I watch one episode of Country's Family Reunion and I don't know when to stop.
Yes love❤❤❤❤debbie
You got it pegged. I enjoy your humor but even more I enjoy your honest and accurate assessment of our situation. Communism sucks.
