    I love the stories where the horrendously vicious teenager gets exactly what they deserve.

      Too right
      Especially if the said snot nosed teenage brat is a bastard child like in this case

      Unfortunately, way too many teens today adopt this type of attitude towards adults. Especially toward parents.

      It's worse than you think; this went down in some non-Western country where elders are still somewhat respected. In any Western country, after paying for the child for a couple years, a man is on the hook until the child turns 18. She picked up on her mother's disrespect and rolled with it; that's the only way this could have happened.

    I really don't think I could have put up with this treatment as long as he did. No one deserves to be treated like a ATM and less than human. I'd get a DNA test and then no child support and divorce her move away and block them

      The only thing that is truly fair in life is death. Regardless of who you are, where you're from, or how rich, poor, attractive, unattractive, powerless or powerful you are, you will die one day.

    Unfortunately, in the US he’d most likely still be on the hook because they were married and he acted like her father. Thankfully, laws are changing.

    As a parent allowing this level of disrespect from your child guarantees future issues. Nip this behavior in the bud the second it starts (age 9-11 usually). If you don't, then expect your adult child to use and abuse you, then they will cut you off once you can't take it anymore.
    Most kids go through a mean, lippy stage. Don't let them think it's acceptable for one second. Or prepare for dealing with entitled and rage filled adults

    I'm confused, did he get married to the mom just after finding out she was pregnant and thought the child was his. Early in the story he says the daughter is 17 then later says he raised her for 13 years.

    I never heard of a daughter who whines about her hairbrush. What is wrong with Olivia? I thought she was an adult but why is she so stupid and nasty to her father who tried to raise her with love and kindness? And what is wrong with the mother who couldn’t care more about the nasty behavior of her daughter? I just never seen anything so disgusting as this .

    Can someone explain why all the debt-ridden people in these videos just work part time? It seems to me that, if you owe money and are short on cash, you would try to get a full-time job. Am I missing something?

      Have seen numerous cases of this happening. Today it is simply a matter of DNA to establish or end parental responsibility. Over half of DNA tests in contested paternity fail to establish paternity.

  • @Icyangel10
    @Icyangel10 ปีที่แล้ว +10

    I feel a little bad for the stepdaughter only cause this story implies she's 13.(He raised her for 13 years & was made to believe she was his) Not only did she find out man that raised her is considered her stepdad due to a DNA test but her mom lied to her. Both the daughter's behavior & her mom's failure to raise her(along with mom's behavior) led to them losing everything. I'm surprised the mom hasn't tried to message OP through out this. Even if she blocked him the daughter likely said something at one point so mom would try to contact him again.
    I wonder how the daughter is doing? Given what happened she's forced to go to public & she's likely giving the mom a hard time for ruining her life & lying to her. Mom & her family are struggling to pay for living expenses & the debt plus given all the shit the mom went around saying the family is likely seen as liars & looked down on. The daughter constantly mad at them is a reminder they could have had a nice life if the mom hasn't ruined things. The daughter is at fault too but the mom started all this.
    Hope OP finds a better person one day.

    Sadly he didn't walk away easily. The courts are so stacked against men. He would have to pay child support for someone kid, because the state don't want too so they make him pay. They say he was playing the farther role all this time so open the man's wallet and pay. And the mother that committed this fraud walks away laughing with no consequences. DNA test mandatory at birth will fix this 100%

      No.... commenter is correct. The courts usually force the one who has been acting as a father to continue acting as a parent even if the child is not biologically related.

    Does anyone actually think this is not fake who talks like its really bad writing

  • @ajvanmarle
    @ajvanmarle ปีที่แล้ว +1

    That's not how the law works. Even if there is no biological connection, the fact that she was raised in his household puts him in loco parentis. It would take a major court case for him to get rid of his financial responsibilities. And even that's no guarantee. Judges tend to rule in favour of the child.
    And that doesn't even begin to deal with all the other problems. His daughter is seventeen, but he has been raising her for thirteen years? So, what? Did he believe she popped out of her mother, already 4 years old? And his parents were worried about paternity, but his parents died even before he got married.

    • @starleyshelton2245
      @starleyshelton2245 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In loco parentis does not establish a parental or financial responsibility. Step parents have it, yet upon separation it is dissolved. In loco parentis establishes an ability to act on behalf of a child but does not establish a permanent responsibility of care. Step parents and non parental persons cannot be made to pay child support.
      If proof of no paternity is presented in court, the fathers name can be removed from the birth certificate. Any responsibility as a parent also dies. The only exception is if the child is adopted by the non biological parent.

      If some little shit head called me all those names and demanded I pay them $200,000 and told me I was useless and to get out of her life! Absolutely I would.
      By the way the writer made a goof… At first she’s 17 and needs 200 K for college… Then she’s 13. For a 13-year-old she sure does know a lot of bad words!

      De pend on the country. In the US it’s likely true, but even here laws are changing, especially in cases of deliberate paternity fraud.

    • @starleyshelton2245
      @starleyshelton2245 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      50 years ago maybe. Today most states and countries would say it is not his problem. In loco parentis does not establish financial responsibility. Since born before marriage his name may not even be on the birth certificate. If it is most areas will remove upon DNA evidence.
