Jim Davidson and John Virgo are legends and this is one of the best shows i've ever seen thank you for uploading this on youtube and i will enjoy watching big break ❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍🎱🎱🎱🎱📺📺📺📺
Great to see Alex again a friend of JV. Wasn't Alex good. One of my favourite things to watch on TH-cam was where Alex is teamed up with Jimmy White in a 9 ball game with Mike Massey and Bobby Hunter. The Mosconi cup. Brilliant pairing. Rip Alex Higgins
No, he did really make it, he won quite a lot of his early round matches but didn't get to the later stages of events. Lost 6-5 to Parrott in the 1997 Irish Masters. He beat Meo and Reynolds in the 1995 Welsh Open. Lost 5-4 to Drago in the last 32 of The 1994 Dubai Classic, won 3 previous rounds to get that far. Reached the Crucible once in 1992 but got the worst possible draw in Hendry and lost 10-3. I spoke to him once down Kings Cross snooker club, was a friendly chap.

Higgins was well gone here, but he played really well. Reminds me of when Clive Everton said that he was the best player drunk that he ever saw.

JV's 2nd joke is about 7 years overdue...
I think Alex may have been a little worse for wear!
You THINK???
@@josiewallace7968 Read between the lines🙂It was a tactful way of stating the obvious😉
When wasn't he?
Don’t recall much of Murphy on tour

@@digeme69 I think he reached the last 32 of quite a few event but never reached a last 16 of a ranking event
I take it Joe and Alex weren’t buddies. Seemed to ignore each other.
Shame he was snubbed for years. 6 years I think it was
