I'm a dude and for me its always been about how I can express my love for the woman I'm with. Sounds corny, but generally want them to have a good time. Its also a plus if they feel the same.
I’m a guy too, and when I was younger I had such a high s3x drive I wanted every single attractive woman I saw (and had far more than I should have). Since I hit late 20s and after, I have far more control over myself and the priority is without a doubt expressing love.

@@idkyolo988 Don’t “hope” too much, get out there and actively try to find someone (try to meet women). That is before you get old and it’s extremely difficult to meet someone or at least meet someone that doesn’t have kids, STDz and a selfish attitude.
Staying healthy is the key…From a man’s perspective, and in my 40’s, I feel I’m better sexually now than in my 20’s. For one, I’m a healthier weight after being over 300lbs. and losing 70. Cardio will help your heart rate and stamina, plus I eat more green vegetables and fruits daily, take vitamins and natural plant base supplements, and, I cut out fast food almost completely (fast food, alcohol, and an occasional celebratory cigar is rare). I can last much longer than 4 minutes, and honestly, longer than when I was much, much younger. Experience in foreplay, and knowing what turns you both on, helps as well. as a guy, i for some reason have the opposite experience. i really want to know a girl first and i've had situations where a girl would wanna kiss on a first date and she'd lose my interest. i just can't do one night stands and i know it from experience. i have to have some emotional connection to someone first, or it just feels very uncomfortable to me

Having a child by accident at 13 can drastically change your life in ways you are not prepared for. My advice is to consider starting a family only when you are financially stable and able to support yourself, your partner, and your child. This approach has worked well for me and has helped me avoid many of the problems my friends and acquaintances have faced.

For the man in the opening scene, if it was simply physical, he'd find a way. There's medicine like the video mentioned, there's other ways to make her happy too. If he won't participate at all, to me that means he doesn't care much at all either. A loving spouse will always do what they can to make the other happy. I'm at 32 years married and still learning ways to reinforce that sentiment.
If it really is a physical thing he should have his cholesterol and blood pressure checked out.
He probably needs testosterone replacement therapy. The decline of testosterone impacts performance and actual want to have intimacy. So it’s more of a chemical problem than not wanting his wife. Almost guarantee if he started TRT his drive would return.
